A consultation is a meeting, conference, or deliberation with someone who is a professional, expert, or someone who is important for the purpose of gaining or providing information, advice, or counseling about a problem, diagnosis, and / or treatment.
During an initial consultation, you will be asked to give a brief description of what you need help with. You may be asked a series of questions about you and your dogs regular daily routine and schedules along with being asked to demonstrate certain tasks with your dog.
Setting up a consultation can be very beneficial as it allows me to not only see what level of training your dog is at, but also allows me to observe your dogs behavior and to observe how you and your dog interact with each other.
Depending on the type of consultation, you might receive training recommendations, a written assessment, and short-term solutions.
Consultations are designed to create a program that best fits into you, your family and your dogs specific needs.
Once the consultation is completed, you will receive additional information of a training program that has been specifically designed to help you meet your goals. Depending on the consultation, you may receive your program information the same day. However, sometimes it may take 24-48 hours before you receive a detailed e-mail or text about the program.

While in-person sessions are always preferred and recommended, remote sessions are also available.
Sometimes remote sessions are necessary.
They can be a great alternative if there are certain health restrictions, you live out of my area, or purely for convenience factors. Remote sessions are also less expensive than in person sessions.
